I am a 24 year old female nursing student and I have a room for rent in a mobile home 1 mile from smoking pig, 7min from vsu and 5min from Val tech. The rent is 300.00 a month with all utilites included. ( utilites are: Elec, Cable, High speed wireless internet, water and trash, washer and dryer.) The entire home is furnished and The bedroom has a Full size bed, dresser, and T.V.. I also have a room that is not furnished that is for rent. Male or females ok! There is a 50.00 non refundable deposit and rent is due on the 1st of the month.

I am currently in Okinawa, Japan (Kadena Air Base), but originally from Valdosta, GA. Just wanted to let everyone know about Scentsy Wickless Candles. Scentsy is only a five year old company. They are not being affected by the bad economy right now. Okinawa is a very small island and Scentsy is selling like hot cakes over here. I just wanted to let the people in my home town know about it. Looking at the latest newletter there are only 500 consultants in the state of GA. It's a catalog company but not run like most. You don't have to order inventory, there is no credit card at all. And no obligation to continue to sell. The kit is $99 plus $10 to ship and the sales tax for GA. To stay active you must sell $150 worth every three months. Which is pretty easy to do. If you don't then you're no longer considered active, but you can still sell.
